I had a computer glitch in my email list on my MacBook Pro. I had received an email I could not delete. Every time I deleted it it would come right back. I tried a wide range of methods to delete this email but none of them worked. I was concerned that the email might have been a computer virus and I was at a loss as to what I should do. Mark was extremely helpful in helping me deal with this problem and getting the email deleted. He was very patient with me. I could never have fixed this problem without his help. So I wanted to send a THANK YOU to Mark and let his superiors/supervisors know how knowledgeable, patient and helpful Mark was with me.
